UB and the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Police Department
Collaboration with the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Police Department
At UB, we believe in the strength of partnerships. Our collaboration with the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Police Department includes regular joint training sessions, coordinated emergency response plans, and open lines of communication, all of which ensure a unified front should an emergency arise. Together, we create a safer community for everyone.
UB1
The 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Police Department, in partnership with 91³Ô¹ÏÍø, has created a special patrol for UB’s campus called UB1. UB1 is a 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Police officer that is assigned to UB’s campus every day from 4 p.m. to midnight. Through UB1 and more, Campus Security has fostered a strong working relationship with the local police department. UB1 officers have a strong familiarity with the campus community and have proven to be an invaluable resource for the UB community.
